Bay Leaf at Home is an exciting new venture for Aftab Rahman. He aims to bring 'a new social experience' for you. He specialises in three areas that are:

• cooking master class
• supper club
• external catering & event management

He will be posting regular recipes on the website for you to try at home – so join the mailing list! Aftab's passion for Bangladeshi food and heritage is second to none and, as Director for Legacy WM (http://www.legacy-wm.org), he has recently written the 'Bangla Food Journeys' looking at the heritage and food of Bangladeshi people in the UK.  He has also appeared on TV 'There's no taste like home' showing off his Bangladeshi cooking skills.
